We stand behind everything we create. If you feel your Trail One product has a manufacturing defect please fill out the form below describing the problem along with your original order number & we'll do our best to make things right.

We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear & tear, accidents, improper installation or damage caused by uses other than intended.

 

 

FINE PRINT:

Trail One Components will replace any of our components that we deem to have a manufacturing / production defect for the lifetime of the product to the original owner. We will replace a defective product at no cost to you. Only original & unmodified components are covered. We will not replace a component damaged in a crash or components installed improperly.

We will not replace components with normal wear and tear, or components that have naturally degraded or faded over an extended period of time. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate. We are here to help in any situation & stand behind the products we create. Our goal is to support our customers and ensure you are nothing but stoked with all things Trail One.  

Warranty laws vary in each of the US states, so you may be entitled to other rights than laid out in our warranty. Warranty claims are allowed no matter where you live. Don't hesitate to reach out so we can help out.
