MANUFACTURING WARRANTIES

We stand behind everything we make. If you believe your Trail One product has a manufacturing defect, please fill out the form below with a description of the issue and your original order number. We’ll do our best to make it right. Have photos of the problem ready to share please.

We do not cover products damaged from normal wear and tear, accidents, improper installation, or damage that occurs under abnormal riding conditions. Those situations may qualify under our crash replacement program.

CRASH REPLACEMENT

RIMS:

Stuff happens, especially with wheels. While our rims are tough, no rim is invincible. That’s why we offer what we think is an ideal crash replacement program. If your rim is damaged by rocks, run over, or otherwise compromised so the tire can no longer hold air, we’ll sell you a new rim for 60% off. Please fill out the form below and have photos of the issue ready to send.

OTHER PARTS:

If you crash, drop your bike, run it over, or the classic “just riding along” results in a broken part, we’ve got you covered. Send us photos and we’ll get you a replacement at a discounted price. We want you to trust our products as much as we stand by them and to always be confident riding anything Trail One.

FINE PRINT:

Trail One Components will replace any of our components that we determine to have a manufacturing or production defect for the lifetime of the product, for the original owner. Defective products will be replaced at no cost to you. Only original, unmodified components are covered. We will not consider components damaged in a crash, damaged from abnormal use or installed improperly as a warranty situation.

We will not replace components that show normal wear and tear, or that have naturally degraded or faded over time as to be reasonably expected. Damage not covered under warranty may still be eligible for crash replacement pricing. We’re here to help however we can, and we stand behind the products we create. Our goal is to support our customers and make sure you’re nothing but stoked with all things Trail One.

 

** We reserve the right to refuse crash replacement claims or deny repeated replacement requests if we feel the program is being abused. **

Warranty laws vary in each of the US states, so you may be entitled to other rights than laid out in our warranty. Warranty claims are allowed no matter where you live. Don't hesitate to reach out so we can help out.
